Now, if this Bollywood Hungama report is to be believed, producer Firoz Nadiadwala has fall Akshay from Welcome 3 and Awara Paagal Deewana 2 because he would be angry with Akshay for his statement on Hera Phéri 3.
“After Akshay Kumar publicly stated that he was leaving Hera Pheri 3 due to issues in the storyline, Firoz was disappointed and hurt. He has now decided to move forward with Awara Paagal Deewana 2 and Welcome 3 without Akshay. The priority, however, would be on Hera Pheri 3 at this time.
– a source informed the portal.
“Akshay Kumar was hurt that he couldn’t be part of the next installment of Hera Pheri since the franchise holds a special place in his career. However, Firoz Nadiadwala was just practical. Akshay refused to lower his price. It can’t to be a one-way street; it’s not fair that only Akshay makes money while the producer suffers losses. And after the pandemic, one has no choice but to lower his remuneration. Firoz tried to explain this to Akshay but he wouldn’t give in. With no other choice, Firoz Nadiadwala took on Kartik Aaryan for Hera Pheri 3. It was then that Akshay Kumar realized that Firoz really meant business.
“Firoz had made it clear to Akshay Kumar that he was the first choice for these two very exciting sequels. He hoped that he and Akshay could sit down and work on the commercials so that everyone would benefit.

Recently at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2022, Akshay said that Hera Phéri was a big part of his career and he has fond memories of it.
He said – “Hera Pheri is part of me. Like many people, I have fond memories. Mujhe bhi dukh hota hai (I feel bad too) that for so many years part 3 has not been done. But like I said, we have to take things apart. The film was offered to me but I was not satisfied with the script. I have to do what people want to see. That’s why I backed off. I took a step back. It is part of my life and my journey. I’m also very sad that I can’t do it. But I’m not happy with the way the creative stuff has taken shape.
