Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor became the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl on November 6, 2022.
Alia took to Instagram to reveal her girl’s name – Raha. He was chosen by Neetu Kapoor.
What does Raha mean?
Explaining the meaning of the name, she wrote – “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful grandmother) has so many beautiful meanings…Raha, in its purest form, means divine pathin Swahili she is JoyIn Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bengali – rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom and happiness. And true to its name, from the first moment we held it – we felt it EVERYTHING! ❤️ Thank you Raha, for bringing our family to life, it feels like our lives have only just begun. ☀️☀️☀️”
