The event was Singapore Gold Cup, sponsored by Longines, which is a charity horse race held in the gorgeous far-eastern city of Singapore. It’s a prestigious tournament but the even better thing about this cup is it’s prize money which is $1.35 million which was given to the winner of the tournament Jockey Alan Munro, Mr. Takaoka and the owner of the team Mrs. Kusumoto.

Shedding light on the timekeeper’s role in the Longines Singapore Gold Cup, Mr. Juan-Carlos Capelli, Vice President and Head of International Marketing of Longines said, “As the Official Partner and Timekeeper of the Singapore Turf Club, Longines is proud to present the Longines Singapore Gold Cup for the third year.
