BTS member Jeon Jungkook stole the show at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The BTS singer sang the official Dreamers song, and it was enjoyed by many football fans of all nationalities. BTS member Jungkook has a huge fan following him everywhere. He got a solo stage at the 2022 FIFA World Cup as Shakira, Dua Lipa gave up performing. Dua Lipa has said she has never been in negotiations as Shakira is apparently caught up in a dirty custody battle with Gerard Pique. Even Rod Stewart said he turned down the offer. According to reports, FIFA officials contacted HYBE directly in the United States to get Jeon Jungkook involved.
Prior to the event, ARMY was worried that football fans would hurt Jungkook given that the majority of them are quite xenophobic. In fact, racial slurs have been hurled at them ever since it became known that BTS might be part of the FIFA song. Now ARMY is furious as the French radio host and columnist calls BTS Korean virgins.
